Dojo
Located at the Allegheny Athletic Club in Warrendale, Pennsylvania,
The Yoseikan Dojo offers a complete instructional program
for both male and female students ages 13 and older. Students
will learn the physical, psychological and philosophical aspects
of Chito-ryu Karate as well as Koseido-ryu Jiu-Jitsu. Both
of these Martial Arts systems place great emphases on the
teachings of truly effective defensive skills. The benefits
of this traditional training include, but are not limited
to self defense, self awareness, self discipline, increased
coordination and fitness as well as the development of a spirit
of perseverance.
